We operate a busy and highly successful practice with four Attorneys already in place. We work primarily with Real Estate transactions, but encourage new Associates to expand their practices in other areas of Law that coincide with other services to be able to offer Real Estate clients. We operate a highly collaborative office in which each professional helps the others to ensure all of our clients receive the best possible service. Compensation commensurate with experience as base pay is only a portion of total compensation.

Attorney Responsibilities:

Contact clients to go over new Real Estate contracts. Meet with clients to review documents, draft documents or sign documents, as needed. Provide legal guidance and support throughout the clients’ transactions, as needed. Attend Real Estate closings on behalf of Seller, Buyer or Mortgage lending clients for both residential and commercial Real Estate transactions.

Qualification and Skills:

Admittance to the state bar required. At least 1 year experience as a practicing Real Estate attorney preferred. Ability to handle a high case load and a willingness to meet personally with all clients
