What You’ll Do:
Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions Host open houses at our exclusive listings and actively engage with prospective buyers Deliver exceptional client service from initial contact through closing Convert leads through consistent outreach and follow-up Maintain organized client records in our CRM and collaborate with the team lead Manage listing materials, marketing assets, and property exposure across platforms Build strong relationships and generate new business through both in-person and digital channels Proactively prospect and network to support long-term sales growth
What We’re Looking For:
Active NYS Real Estate Salesperson License (required) Highly motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills Energetic and confident—especially on the phone! Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (required) Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Strong personal social media presence (preferred) Familiarity with real estate tech platforms, CRMs, and admin workflows Multilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply Experience in the NYC market is a major advantage Why Join Us? Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with significant opportunity for growth and high earnings.

$100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
