Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker – Team Lead – Salary + Commissions The Font Group New York, NY 10005 The Font Group is hiring for our next Team Lead. $500 weekly + standard 70/30 split. This position is for an Associate Real Estate Broker or Licensed Sales person with extensive experience and competence. The ideal candidate is a team player and ready to start or continue their growing team. Candidate will be expected and required to generate listings, generate clientele and business and close transactions on a weekly basis. Candidate will be expected to cultivate and take care of their team and always act in the best interests of the client and our firm. Minumum current monthly gci should be at $8,000 mininum or upwards of $100k/year. Target minimum moving forward should be upwards of $25k/month or $300k/year.

Requirements:

Must be properly licensed Must have at least 2 years of experience Must have a proven and verifiable track record Must be currently generating at least $2,000 per week in gross commission income (GCI) or $8,000 per month, no exceptions. Must have active sales or rental listings Must have deals currently in play, under contract, etc Must be ethical and committed to excellence Must be open to complete coaching and guidance Must have very high self esteem and standards. Must be able to commit to full time and not be distracted with other endeavors. This position is not for you if: You cannot or do not want to lead or grow a team You lack experience, competence, and/or licensing You are not currently making at least $2,000 weekly consistently in gross commissions You were taking a leave or break and returning to real estate or otherwise are not fully and currently active. If you will be resistant to training and mentoring or believe that you do not need any improvement. You’re not yet ready to make the transition and depart from your current brokerage. Our next Team Lead, hopefully you, will be trained at a very high level and assisted with scaling their business.
