Coordinate the entire leasing process from commencement through execution – inquiries, space tours, broker/tenant follow-up, lease negotiations/proposals, term sheets, lease review. Develop, grow and maintain relationships with brokerage firms. Schedule and conduct space tours for broker and prospective tenant preview Work collaboratively with Leasing team members and assist senior team members as required. Coordinating with Management/Construction department on tenant buildouts, floor plans, capital improvement programs and upcoming vacancies Canvassing to direct tenants Applicants must be comfortable with targeted canvassing and must have prior experience in Commercial Leasing in Manhattan.
