Must be NYC-local and able to commute Are you fast, reliable, and love staying productive? We’re hiring a Personal Assistant to support a growing real estate and small business operation. You’ll be trusted with a wide variety of tasks—from helping tenants and running errands to assisting with content creation and minor hands-on tasks. ????

Responsibilities:

Deliver packages, groceries, or supplies as needed Return items to stores or clients Assist tenants by delivering new items or helping solve small issues Install items like doorknobs or basic fixtures (no heavy repair work) Help take photos/videos of units and of me for social media Run errands for a local business (e.g support) Occasionally fill in for shifts if last-minute gaps happen (optional but appreciated) ✅

• you’ll interact with tenants and clients, so kindness is essential Flexible and able to adapt
• shifts may be assigned last minute, but only take them if you’re available
• if not we understand Comfortable being on your feet and commuting around the city Willing to learn and take initiative
• we value self-starters who don’t wait to be told what to do ????

Important:

We’re a fast-paced team. Those who move too slowly or are unproductive will not be scheduled further. This is not a rigid schedule

• we may offer last-minute shifts, and it’s completely fine if you’re unavailable.
