Requirements:

Active New York State Real Estate License Minimum 1+ year of real estate experience (residential or commercial) Strong knowledge of NYC neighborhoods and real estate process Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic Comfortable working independently and/or in a hybrid model Existing book of clients or active pipeline is a plus Ready to Elevate Your Real Estate Career? Conduct market research to stay informed about property values and market trends. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. Prepare and present property listings using effective marketing strategies. Maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions. Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients. Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers, mortgage lenders, and inspectors. Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer service; prior experience in real estate is a plus. Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is preferred for effective communication with diverse clients. Exceptional negotiation skills to advocate for clients’ best interests. Ability to market properties effectively through various channels, including social media and traditional advertising. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with clients. A valid real estate license is required.
