Conduct market research to identify competitive properties and pricing strategies. Develop marketing plans to promote listings effectively, utilizing various platforms and tools. Communicate with clients regularly to update them on market trends, property availability, and transaction progress. Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings through administrative tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Stay informed about local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance with Fair Housing standards. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service; real estate experience is a plus. Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and ethical practices in real estate. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred. Ability to market properties effectively using various channels. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving client satisfaction. Experience in property management is advantageous but not required. Highly organized with strong administrative skills to manage multiple clients and listings efficiently. A valid real estate license is required.
