Showing Partner to join our dynamic and successful real estate group. We provide you with detailed real estate playbooks packed with proven strategies and clear, actionable steps to ensure your success! Responsibilities Convert leads into signed buyers and sellers Conduct buyer/seller consultations to determine client needs and build trust Guide clients through the entire real estate process from contract to close Utilize CRM to track all client communications, tasks, and timelines Participate in daily team power-ups, role-play sessions, and coaching calls Attend open houses, networking events, and team-hosted client appreciation events Collaborate with support staff and leadership to deliver white-glove client service Stay informed on market conditions, trends, and inventory to provide expert-level guidance Maintain consistent follow-up with past clients and sphere of influence to generate referrals Embody a mindset of growth, accountability, and leadership at all times

Qualifications Required:

Active Real Estate License in NY or CT Proven track record in sales, real estate preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and digital tools Self-starter with high levels of personal accountability Willingness to follow a proven model and be coached to greatness Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and hunger for success

Preferred:
