Basic Function:

We’re seeking a highly motivated, customer service-oriented individual to join us as a Leasing Agent. This role will be responsible for bringing on high-quality residents for managed properties.

Working Conditions:

Split between the office and available properties. Periodic weekend and evening work.

Desired Qualifications:

A valid PA Real Estate License, or have the hours completed to obtain a PA Real Estate License A positive attitude with a service mindset and a desire to provide positive customer experiences Ability to work with little or no supervision A knack for quick thinking and problem solving to create win/win solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and an acute attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and general software applications A willingness to learn and grow with the company

Compensation:

This position will include a base salary with a per lease commission structure, offering the potential for earnings around $75,000-$120,000 per year. or more. The sky is the limit!
