Leasing Consultant Position Available In Butler, Pennsylvania

Leasing Consultant The Heights at Slippery Rock 100 Woodbridge Drive, Slippery Rock, PA 16057 The Heights at Slippery Rock is immediately hiring for our full-time leasing consultant position. We are a 400-bed student housing complex for SRU! Duties Include but not limited to:

• Greeting and assisting prospective tenants in touring the property and running resident events
• Provide information on available units, lease terms, and rental rates
• Conduct background checks
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
• Collect and process rental payments
• Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants
• Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease agreements
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants including social media content creation and posting regularly on our social medias

Experience:

• Previous experience in leasing or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of property management software systems (CMMS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
