Job Description
Leasing Consultant 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars 609 Cedar Ave, Yeadon, PA 19050 National Real Estate Company seeking a Leasing Consultant for our 900+ unit apartment community in Delaware County. Experience in leasing apartments preferred but we will consider candidates who have retail experience with national companies. Leasing Consultants are responsible for leasing apartments, marketing the property and maintaining positive resident relations. Leasing Consultants will be asked to distribute and follow-up on renewal notices. Leasing Consultants will represent the company in a professional manner at all the times. Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and value customer service. Weekend hours required on a rotating basis with other members of the Leasing team.
