40 hours/week (some flexibility based on property needs) About the Role We’re looking for an outgoing and organized Leasing & Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Erie. In this role, you’ll be the face of the community — helping prospective renters find their new home, supporting current residents, and assisting with the day-to-day leasing and administrative operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. What You’ll Be Doing Leasing and Resident Support Provide property tours and respond to leasing inquiries Follow up on leads and prepare leasing documents Screen applications, process deposits, and manage move-ins Assist with rent collection, lease renewals, and resident notices Maintain tenant communications and assist with property updates Help coordinate and inspect move-ins and move-outs Marketing and Outreach Assist with property marketing and outreach strategies Monitor market trends and local leasing conditions Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional efforts Administrative and Reporting Maintain resident files, leasing paperwork, and reports Track vacancies, move-outs, and leasing activity Input service requests and follow up on completion Ensure documents and reports are filed accurately Qualifications Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Basic computer skills; property management software a plus Familiarity with Fair Housing and ADA compliance is helpful Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation required Working Environment and Physical Requirements Mix of office work and walking the property Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Frequent standing, bending, and light physical activity required Additional Requirements Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Join our team and help create a welcoming, high-quality living experience for our residents.
