Apartment Leasing Agent DMC Property Management Norristown, PA 19405 About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team in Montgomery County, PA. This role involves engaging with prospective residents, managing leasing activities, and maintaining excellent resident relations. Key Responsibilities Communicate with leads via email, phone, and text, and record all interactions in Entrata. Generate and handle traffic, lease apartments, qualify prospects, and prepare lease documentation. Schedule and conduct apartment showings. Respond promptly and effectively to rental inquiries. Verify applicant qualifications and ensure all paperwork is uploaded into Entrata. Complete move-in inspections and report issues to the Property Manager. Assist residents throughout their residency. Participate in outside marketing events, such as housing fairs and trade shows. Generate and sign lease agreements while managing payment processes. Maintain courteous communication with residents and prospects. Review apartment availability daily and manage community vacancy and waitlists. Facilitate new tenant move-ins, including keys and parking passes. Support customer service efforts and ensure a smooth move-in process. Market and update available apartments through Facebook Marketplace. Complete other tasks as assigned to support the team. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-service mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in leasing, sales, or property management preferred. Familiarity with property management or CRM software (Entrata experience is a plus). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Why Join Us?
