Job Description
Post Closing Specialist Prosperity Abstract Philadelphia, PA Seeking an individual who is organized, has attention to detail, and who can work independently. Responsibilities of the post-closer role include but are not limited to: Sending out payoffs after closing Preparing and sending back loan packages to lenders Preparing Fedex labels/packages Facilitating escrows Sending copies to parties Updating files after closing Mailing back original recordable docs and policies to lenders Experience working at a title company, real estate office, or mortgage company is preferred.
