Salary:

The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in real estate law, excellent analytical skills, and theability to manage complex transactions.
Position will include:
realestate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
KeyResponsibilities:
Handle a variety of real estate transactions,including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legaldocuments. Conduct due diligence and manage closing processes.
Provide legal advice and support to clients on real estate matters.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure seamlessservice delivery. Stay current with developments in real estate lawand industry trends.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree froman accredited law school. Admission to the PA state bar and in goodstanding. 5-8 years of experience in real estate law, preferably ina law firm setting. Strong knowledge of real estate transactions,including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
Experience with loan workouts and restructurings is a plus, thoughnot required. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communicationskills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
