Responsibilities Coaching/Training:

Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch, and participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, script practice, and weekly training to support your growth.

Consultation:

Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes and provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria

Negotiation:

Leverage tried and true techniques and scripts to write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients

Lead Generation:

Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, using PLACE lead generation systems.

Accountability:

Track tasks and activities in
