About the Role As a Portfolio Growth Specialist, you will be the face of Lyon to new and prospective clients. You’ll play a vital role in fueling our company’s growth by responding to inbound leads, nurturing relationships with real estate investors, and helping our existing clients strategically scale their portfolios. This is a role for someone who thrives on connection — someone who’s excited about the world of real estate, passionate about people, and energized by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful community improvement through smart investment. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads and inquiries Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate investors & professionals in the community Understand investor goals and help them develop scalable portfolio strategies Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction Stay current on local market trends, opportunities, and investment strategies Represent Lyon at community events, networking functions, and industry meetups What We’re Looking For A naturally outgoing, energetic, and approachable personality A genuine passion for real estate and investment Intellectual curiosity and a drive to continuously learn and grow Strong communication skills — both verbal and written Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Previous experience in real estate, sales, or client relations is a plus Reporting To This role reports directly to the Chief Visionary Officer.
