We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
• Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process
• Advise clients on fair housing regulations and ensure compliance
• Create and maintain listings of available properties
• Conduct property showings and open houses
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
• Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
• Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and other professionals involved in the real estate transaction process
• Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in real estate law

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
