Full-Time | Monday-Friday | In-Office A established law firm in Aiken, SC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Closing Specialist to join their real estate team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely closings by preparing and managing documents prior to the closing process.
What You’ll Do:
- Collect, review, and prepare all documents needed prior to real estate closings
- Coordinate with lenders, realtors, clients, and attorneys to ensure files are complete
- Open new files, order title work, and track all pre-closing requirements
- Verify contract terms, client information, and deadlines
- Maintain communication with all parties to ensure timelines are met and issues are resolved
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in real estate law or real estate transactions preferred
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with SoftPro or similar closing software is a plus
