We are seeking a Pre-closing Specialist for our Real Estate practice in our Aiken, SC office. Candidates should have 1-3 years’ experience in real estate or an expressed interest in learning real estate legal practices. A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved program and/or Bachelor’s Degree are preferred. SC Notary Certificate required. Candidates must also be professional, motivated, organized and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills. Experience Preferred 1 – 3 years: Previous real estate experience Education Preferred Associates or better in Paralegal Studies or related field
