Compensation:
Base Salary:

$36,000•$45,000 (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview:

As a Leasing Agent at AIM, you’ll serve as a front-line ambassador—showcasing available homes, helping customers find the right fit, and ensuring that every interaction builds trust in our services. You’ll work across our residential portfolio, support investor clients, and actively contribute to our marketing and leasing success administratively.

Primary Responsibilities:

Show apartments, villas, and homes to prospective residents Conduct outreach marketing to local businesses Convert inbound inquiries into satisfied clients Maintain follow-up with daily leads and service partners Inspect homes for leasing readiness and recommend enhancements Coordinate with local vendors (HVAC, plumbing, locksmiths, etc.) Support homeowner clients with leasing updates and maintenance scheduling Update rental listings and property marketing across platforms as directed by the licensed PM or BIC Perform light spot-cleaning or minor fixes before showings (full cleanings handled by vendors) Take part in the rotating weekend lead/tour schedule Support the Property Manager as needed (letters, notices, welcome packages, vendor coordination, etc.)

Qualifications :

Strong customer service skills, ideally in leasing or property management Understanding of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant law Experience with AppFolio preferred Property Management License preferred (or ability to obtain one) Sales and conflict resolution expertise Comfort with administrative and organizational tasks Working knowledge of CMMS or maintenance tracking systems Legal admin experience a plus Excellent communication and phone etiquette Must be self-directed, detail-oriented, and dependable
