Responsibilities:
Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism Schedule property showings and coordinate calendars Communicate with rental companies to confirm availability Assist with a variety of administrative duties as needed Input and manage data efficiently and accurately Report directly to:
Lynn Goins Qualifications:
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong typing and data entry skills Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a clerical role Excellent customer service and communication abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and front desk duties Warm, friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities Polished, professional presence with keen attention to detail

Monday, Thursday, and Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00
PM Compensation:
$25 per hour to start Potential increase after 3 months based on performance
