What You’ll Do:

Be the face of the community

• greet prospective residents with a smile and a can-do attitude. Build relationships
• listen to the needs of current and future residents and help them feel at home. Drive leasing success
• showcase available apartments, highlight community features, and close the sale. Stay organized
• manage leasing paperwork, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records. Support retention
• address resident concerns professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous leasing experience preferred Strong sales and customer service skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Familiarity with Yardi is a plus Willingness to work weekends Knowledge of Fair Housing laws

Compensation & Benefits:

Signing Bonus $1,500

Based on experience and property size
