Leasing Consultant Sweetwater Apartments Charleston, SC 29492

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units
• Provide information on rental terms, pricing, and amenities
• Process rental applications and perform background checks
• Prepare leasing agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
• Collect and process rental payments
• Maintain organized files and records of leasing activities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and follow up with potential tenants
• Upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
• Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of facilities management principles is a plus
