- Utilize various lead opportunities provided to maximize successin the competitive real estate market.
- Dedicate 40-50 hours per week to meet performance targetseffectively, including learning from others in the office.
- Provide consistent top-level, white-glove service to customersand clients throughout the transaction process, from buildingrelationships to closing deals.
- Access continuous support and resources aimed at boostingproductivity and efficiency in the position.
