Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeingand managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities toensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met
- Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents inorder to provide quick response times to their needs
- Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure ouragents have up-to-date information to move through the listing andclosing process
- Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team sothat goals are met in a timely fashion
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targetswhile responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in theform of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of ourcustomers
- Lead generate
- Schedule appointments and meet new clients on a daily basis
- Show homes
- Negotiate contracts
- Provide white-glove service
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-upskills
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or abilityto learn new systems quickly
- Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
- Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and closeappointments over the phone
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiating skills
- Hold an active SC Real Estate License (or obtain it beforejoining the team)
