Responsibilities:

Lay the groundwork for a successful real estate career by mastering client outreach, setting appointments, and preparing for future contract negotiations. Focus on attracting and engaging new clients while actively pursuing your South Carolina real estate license. Use our real estate CRM to stay organized, keeping client records current and managing consistent follow-ups. Upon passing the licensing exam, enter our accelerated training program designed to develop top-performing agents with six-figure potential. Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs during both weekdays and weekends—adaptability is key to success. Collaborate daily with Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Sales Leaders, growing your skills in a team-oriented, high-performance environment.
