Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads to increase sales
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their homewants and needs, and close the deal
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your verybest service and your very best advice to nurture clientrelationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions aboutpotential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create aquick and easy closing process
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently combined with excellentinterpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office/Google familiarity
- Real estate agent license
