Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with potential buyers and sellersto understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to keep theminformed about new listings, market trends, and transactionprogress.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listedproperties, including staging, photography, and virtual tours.
- Schedule and conduct property showings for prospectivebuyers.
- Organize and host open houses for listings to attract potentialbuyers and gather feedback.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellersto achieve favorable terms for clients.
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and otherprofessionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Qualifications:
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Tech savvy
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- A proven record of sales experience and success ispreferred
