Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing apartments, maintaining positive resident relations, and contributing to high occupancy levels and resident retention. Responsibilities:

Greet prospective residents, show properties, and highlight community amenities Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries Process rental applications and lease agreements Conduct background and credit checks Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and resident information Follow up with prospective tenants and maintain consistent communication Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings and social media Coordinate move-in and move-out processes Support resident retention and satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Knowledge of property management software is a plus Bilingual abilities are a plus (English/Spanish)
