As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. Your expertise in the real estate market, combined with exceptional customer service skills, will ensure that you provide clients with the best possible experience. This position requires strong negotiation abilities and a deep understanding of property management and Fair Housing regulations. Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Conduct market research to identify property values and trends. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms. Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with clients. Manage property listings and maintain accurate records of transactions. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout the buying and selling process. Organize open houses and property showings to showcase listings effectively. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions. Maintain an organized schedule for client meetings, property showings, and follow-ups. Experience Proven experience in sales or customer service is essential; real estate experience is a plus. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively. Familiarity with property management practices and real estate administrative tasks. $102,266.70 – $123,159.89 per year
