Collaborate with sales teams to negotiate deals and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all marketing efforts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients throughout the buying or renting process. Organize promotional events and open houses to showcase properties effectively. Utilize property management tools to track listings, client interactions, and marketing performance.
