Acquisition Agent Bluejoy Homes Nashville, TN 37209 Real Estate Acquisition Specialist | Commission-Only | In-Office | 20+ hrs/week | Nashville, TN We’re looking for a hungry, driven, and coachable Acquisition Specialist to join our real estate investment team! As an Acquisition Agent, you’ll be on the front lines of our business — cold calling leads, building relationships with sellers, and negotiating deals that get properties under contract for our investors. This is a commission-only position with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, working in-office alongside a fast-paced team that’s here to help you grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Calling warm and cold seller leads daily Building rapport and qualifying motivated homeowners Negotiating and securing contracts on investment properties Running comps and assessing property values Working directly with experienced investors Learning how to source and close high-value real estate deals
What You’ll Learn:
The full sales process from first contact to signed contract How to evaluate off-market deals and run accurate comps How to communicate confidently with both sellers and investors Real estate investment strategies and deal structures Lead generation tactics and CRM best practices

Everything in this business starts with acquisitions — and once you learn how to lock up deals, investors will want to be your best friend. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people daily Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems Strong time management and organizational skills Experience in real estate, customer service, or marketing is a plus, but not required
