Job Responsibilities:

Interacting with prospective residents Communicating the value and overall experience of living at the community Securing lease agreements Initiate the process to screen prospective residents Communicates lease expirations and facilitates lease renewals Assists with property marketing activities and resident events

Required Qualifications:

Must be familiar with apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing. Apartment software experience is a bonus. Valid I.D. Required Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing required.
