Duties Greet prospective tenants and conduct property tours, highlighting key features and benefits of available units. Assist applicants with the leasing process, including application completion, credit checks, and lease signings. Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and follow up with leads to ensure timely communication. Collaborate with property management to address tenant inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. Conduct market research to stay informed about local rental trends and competitor offerings. Organize and participate in community outreach events to promote the property and attract potential renters. Ensure that all leasing documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies. Requirements Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential tenants. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using computer software for record keeping and communication purposes. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
