Responsibilities:

Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Assist buyers and sellers in the real estate transaction process Conduct market research and provide property evaluations Generate and follow up with leads to build your client base Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing Stay up-to-date on real estate trends and market conditions Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service
