Job Responsibilities You’ll be the right hand of our operation—supporting both clients and team members to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with daily tasks Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and reminders Handle internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion Prepare for and assist during client meetings, showings, inspections, and closings Conduct property searches and manage client CRM setup and tracking Keep CRMs and tracking spreadsheets up to date Assist buyers by coordinating showings, timelines, walkthroughs, and on-site visits Support sellers by prepping listings (online and in person), attending photo shoots, inspections, managing listing timelines, and supporting/ hosting open houses Ensure deadlines are me,t and nothing slips through the cracks Skills and Qualifications Full-time position with flexible hours – evenings and weekends may be required Real Estate Administrative Experience is preferred but not required Real estate license (or in progress) is a plus Proficiency in MLS is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva US Work Authorization Professional attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
