Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Loan Officer to join a fast-growing, top-performing private lending firm. This remote role offers the opportunity to cover an assigned East Coast territory—from Maine to Florida—while managing your own book of business and closing $2M+ per month in investment property loans. If you thrive in a self-directed sales environment, are already active in the hard money lending space , and are ready to plug into a supportive, entrepreneurial team, this could be your next big move.
Must Have:
Hard Money Lending experience Existing book of business Proven ability to close $2M+ per month
Key Responsibilities:
Originate and fund $2M+ in loans per month after ramp-up Source new business through your network and partner referrals Sell a broad suite of products including: Fix & Flip Loans New Construction Loans Rental Property Loans Multifamily Loans Educate investors, brokers, and referral partners on our lending solutions Attend and speak at industry events, meetups, and networking functions Maintain CRM records and track all sales activity Act as the Responsible Individual for state licensing, as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required Active NMLS license , or ability to obtain within 30 days 2+ years of experience in private lending (FNF, Bridge, New Construction, Perm Debt) Strong track record in originating and closing investment property loans Experience with both single-family and multifamily assets CRM proficiency and strong pipeline management skills
