TEMPORARY
full-time leasing consultant. The position will likely last for 2-3 months. This individual will be; professional, positive, and a good communicator. Leasing experience is a plus, but any sales background would be beneficial. Perhaps you are retired and looking for something fun to do and earn a little extra money for your vacation this year? Perhaps you are an UTC or Chatt State student and looking to stay in Chattanooga for the summer and want a fun job in a professional field? Responsibilities Using your outstanding communication skills and our leasing process, set appointments for leasing prospects. Show apartments to prospective residents and invite them to lease. Assist in the leasing process by processing applications and preparing lease agreements. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person while demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette. Take calls and prepare service requests for our maintenance team to address. Provide administrative support including lease renewal, filing, data entry, and maintaining resident files.
