We are seeking a dedicated and professional Closing Agent to join our team in Chattanooga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Sitting down at the closing table with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders to explain all real estate closing documents. Answering questions and notarizing all closing documents. Ensuring a smooth and efficient closing process.

Requirements:

Experience in real estate closings is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Confidence in dealing with clients and responding to their questions in a professional manner. Must be a Notary Public. Must have attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Professional appearance.

Salary Range :

Depends on experience.
