We’re looking for a Leasing & Marketing Consultant• with the skills and mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment—and the resilience to lease apartments that don’t always sell themselves . This role is ideal for someone with multifamily leasing experience (especially at older, non-renovated communities) who can also bring real marketing energy to the table— not just social media , but boots-on-the-ground outreach, business partnerships, and creative campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Conduct property tours and close leases with confidence and professionalism Execute weekly outreach marketing and cross-promotion with local businesses Handle leasing challenges with a calm, solutions-first attitude Engage with prospective and current residents, delivering excellent service Accurately maintain guest cards, leads, and lease documentation Help plan and execute resident retention events and community initiatives Be available to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in property management leasing Experience with vintage/non-renovated apartment communities is strongly preferred Demonstrated success in outreach marketing and local partnerships Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and stay composed under pressure Familiarity with Yardi, RentCafe, or similar software is a plus Why Join Us?
