Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Professional. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents in finding their ideal home and ensuring a smooth leasing process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and amenities of the community
- Assist prospective residents with the application process, including collecting necessary documents and conducting background checks
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on availability, lease terms, and pricing
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person promptly and professionally
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the property, including floor plans, amenities, and local area attractions
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to schedule appointments and follow up with prospects
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout the leasing process
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing leasing documents
- Collaborate with the property maintenance team to address any resident concerns or maintenance requests
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in leasing or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry and file management
- Familiarity with property maintenance and facilities management concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
