What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a dependable and upbeat team player with a knack for customer service. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: High school diploma or GED Previous leasing experience preferred-but strong customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is a must Professional appearance suitable for an office setting Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Clear, professional written communication Experience with Entrata software is a plus Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Facebook & Instagram) Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Availability to work Saturdays is required
Your Day-to-Day:
As a Leasing Consultant at Veranda at The Ridge, you’ll play a key role in providing top-notch service and creating a welcoming environment for current and future residents. Complete lease agreements and collect rental deposits Prepare and maintain model apartments for tours Maintain accurate property and resident files Understand lease terms, policies, pricing, and amenities Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person Follow leasing and screening procedures Conduct regular property inspections Build relationships with local businesses for marketing Respond to resident inquiries with professionalism and care Adhere to Fair Housing regulations, OSHA, and EPA standards Excited to join a team where your work truly matters?
