This is an exciting opportunity for a real estate professional who excels in commercial leasing and is ready to make a measurable impact. The ideal candidate will be licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia and have a proven track record in leasing office, retail, and industrial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Lease available spaces within PCRE’s managed commercial property portfolio Represent investment property owners in sourcing and securing new tenants Market properties using listing services, signage, direct outreach, and broker relationships Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms from start to close Monitor and report on market trends, competition, and rental rates Collaborate with internal marketing and transaction coordination teams Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and local stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Active real estate licenses in both Tennessee and Georgia (required) Minimum 3 years of commercial leasing experience (office, retail, industrial) Strong leasing acumen and familiarity with deal structuring and tenant improvement negotiations Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Organized, proactive, and self-directed with strong follow-up discipline Proficient with Microsoft Office and commercial real estate platforms (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet, CRM tools)
