The Disposition Manager will also work closely with the marketing department and the project management team when working to position homes to be listed. The Disposition Manager will confidently communicate professionally with multiple facets both outside and inside the organization. This role requires “cold calling” and strong networking capabilities. Essential Responsibilities Receive list of specific properties to position to potential buyers for purchase Work with marketing team to position properties for sale listing Design property listing language focusing on property highlights to attract potential buyers Coordinate with project management team to assist in positioning properties for sale Presents properties to specialist network of potential buyers Network with potential buyers by participating in blitz marketing by cold calling, email and text blasts, and also direct mailers Coordinate property tours with interested buyers Conduct negotiations with potential buyers Assist in collecting earnest deposits from interested buyers Provide updates and briefings on team performance and goal achievement benchmarks Participate in team meetings and meetings with company leadership Qualifications Proven networking skills in a sales environment Demonstrated expert level relationship building experience Experience in sales contract negotiations Ability to easily multi-task and work several different projects simultaneously Thrivability in a fast paced sales environment Comfortable cold calling and networking using several different medias and methods Expert level communication skills in all media types (phone, email, text, instant messaging, etc.) Proficient in modern smart technology with the ability to use multiple platforms, devices, and smart device applications (apps) Ability to travel when necessary Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Valid U.S driver’s license and reliable transportation Desired Skills Prior real estate or property management sales experience Commissioned based or heavily goaled and incentivized sales experience Event style networking experience Transparent communication skills Exemplary problem solving skills Strong time management and prioritization skills Creativity Critical thinking Self motivation Attention to detail Proficient use and understanding of google-suite platform Utilization of SalesForce or other Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM) Use of Slack or other similar app based text messaging communication program Compensation $50,000-$80,000 (opportunity for growth) 401K Company Information Pro Source Home Buyers is a reputable real estate investment company based out of Knoxville, TN.
