We’re currently hiring in our Tennessee office and there are options to take leads all across the Knoxville area and beyond.

The strategy we have works:

High volume leads. One of our agents closed a $22 million sale from one of our leads. We have a sustainable lead system that is meant just for a small group. We are planning to stay a small company in Tennessee. Leads We give each agent at least 10+ incoming leads per week. The leads come in from a variety of sources. We’ve had the exact same system since 2007 and it works with a small group. We’re under water leads.

Residential leads:

We are flooded with residential buyer leads. The leads come from a variety of sources including Zillow. We do periodically provide seller leads, however the leads we provide are mainly buyer leads. There are also options to take on luxury apartments renters and luxury rental listings.

Commercial leads:

The commercial leads that we have are mainly commercial lease leads looking for office space, restaurants, retail, industrial and more. There are also larger commercial investor leads. Training We train agents on lead generation. We help establish a path for our agents to have a strong pipeline on their own, all while having us to back them up with clients each week. The system that we have works best for agents who have at least some experience. Our training is mainly centered lead gen, using a CRM that we provide to create drip campaigns for constant follow-up. What We Need We need every single lead hooked onto our CRM and constantly followed up with to increase the conversion rate. We use 2

CRMS:

Our own CRM to send property alerts to each lead, and Follow Up Boss to set up automatic drip campaigns to each lead. Many of the leads will not buy or sell for months or years down the line and we need to stay in front of them to increase the conversion rate. We need agents with a willingness to learn the CRM and are good with follow up. We also need agents who have at least some recent experience and are active in the industry. If agents are receiving 10+ leads every week = 500+ leads a year, we’re hoping they’ll convert even a small % of them. Many of the leads will be kicking tires and we need agents who are patient and will try to convert as many as they can. This is why we send a high volume of them. Some of our agents receive over 1000+ incoming leads each year and it’s likely one of the top most epic lead systems out there. Split Info Amo Realty does not charge monthly fees, desk fees or transaction fees. Company-provided clients are provided to our agents at a 50/50 split. Agent’s own leads start off at 75% split for the first 3 years. Once agents have been with Amo Realty for 3 years, the split changes to a cap system at the exact 3-year mark. At the 3-year mark, agents are on a 75% split for their own leads until $5,000 comes into the company. Agents keep a 100% split for the rest of the year for their own leads after $5,000 comes in on a 75/25 split. Company leads are continued to be provided at a 50/50 split. It’s a 100% split for agents that buy or sell their own properties. We have agents who have been with us for 10-15+ years and don’t typically need leads from us, however we can back them up with leads when they need it. The split is non-negotiable; please only apply if you are okay with the split system.

  • Our lead system only works if we do not have any turnover. We have very low turnover, and the first agent ever hired in 2007 still works at our company. We need agents that are going to close sales and stay with us for the long run. Requirements
