Leasing Professional (Seasonal) Confidential Knoxville, TN 37921 Are you a friendly, motivated individual with a passion for customer service and real estate? Our townhome community is looking for a Seasonal Leasing Agent to join our team and help create a welcoming environment for prospective residents!

Position:

Seasonal Leasing Agent- Looking for someone full time during the summer, with part time hours during the fall/winter months.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist prospective residents with tours of our townhomes Answer phone and email inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Process applications and leasing paperwork efficiently Help maintain online listings and marketing materials Support the management team with day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, approachable personality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Previous leasing or sales experience a plus, but not required

Additional Information:
