Responsibilities:
- Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensurepaperwork is filled out accurately and legally
- Conduct market demographic, population, and environmentalstudies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid intheir decision making process
- Show commercial properties that will be utilized for businesspurposes and provide financial information and analytical data tothe client
- Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely andefficient manner to ensure superior customer service
- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in orderto assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
Qualifications:
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
