Responsibilities:
  • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensurepaperwork is filled out accurately and legally
  • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmentalstudies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid intheir decision making process
  • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for businesspurposes and provide financial information and analytical data tothe client
  • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely andefficient manner to ensure superior customer service
  • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in orderto assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
