Duties:
Learning about real estate and how the whole process works Writing letters, newsletters, bulletins, and blog post for the group Attending walk through and showings of properties and taking notes Calling potential clients Going with the agent on door to door apartment or house meet and greets Mailing letters or postcards to find new business/leads Helping schedule appointments Working with a CRM to manage clients
Qualifications:
Fluent in English Ambition to get ahead in life Desire for a career rather than just a job Ability to learn from books and training videos about Real Estate Ability to type letters and other material Understanding of basic technology like websites, apps, and computers Ability to walk several miles at a time Ability to learn the aforementioned duties with training Ability to work a 40 hour workweek with some potential for short periods of work on weekends Has or can obtain a High School Diploma or GED No convictions for embezzlement, bank fraud, check fraud, wire fraud, or identity theft (although depending on time frame involved, these may not be an issue) Future of this position: It is the intention of the employer that the applicant for this position would take the courses and tests needed to also become an Affiliate Real Estate Broker after learning the task necessary for the Assistant position.
