What You’ll Do:
Lease apartments, process applications, and collect deposits Deliver excellent service to residents and prospects Prepare model units and conduct tours Maintain leasing files and documentation Support marketing efforts and build local connections Perform property walks and ensure readiness Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA regulations
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required Leasing experience preferred; customer service or sales background strongly valued Strong communication and computer skills Experience with Entrata, Facebook, and Instagram is a plus Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Must be available to work Saturdays Able to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs Ready to take the next step?
